Trained, experienced, and genuinely invested.

I created Wildflower because I believe every participant deserves access to the confidence, joy, and freedom that can come from time outdoors. Growing up, biking, swimming, camping, and exploring shaped some of my best memories. Wildflower helps participants who need extra support experience that same sense of adventure through personalized outdoor recreation and community-based outings tailored to their interests.

My approach is patient, encouraging, and flexible. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and am an Autism Exercise Specialist certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). I use individualized strategies that consider communication, sensory needs, motivation, safety, and each participant's strengths. I care about helping every participant feel safe, capable, and proud while exploring biking, nature, museums, city quests, food adventures, and community outings.
